Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including deep cleaning floors, buffing, shampooing carpets, and dusting. Set up and maintain lobby functions, coffee service, and meeting room setups while delivering service items to guest rooms. Handle luggage requests, lost and found items, and emergency procedures during the overnight shift. Drive the shuttle van when needed and complete daily assignment checklists. Turn in keys and assignment sheets at the end of each shift. Maintain proper equipment storage and attend required meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
