Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including deep cleaning floors, buffing surfaces, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restrooms are sanitized. Set up and maintain lobby functions, coffee service, and meeting room setups while delivering service items to guest rooms and operating the shuttle van when needed. Handle luggage assistance, lost and found items, and emergency procedures during overnight shifts, ensuring all equipment is stored properly and assignment sheets are turned in daily. Maintain high personal grooming standards and friendly service orientation throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
