House Attendant-Lobby

Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including deep cleaning floors, buffing surfaces, and shampooing carpets and furniture. Set up lobby functions, coffee service, and meeting room events while handling luggage requests and lost-and-found items. Deliver service items to guest rooms and drive the shuttle van when needed. Approach all guest and associate encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner and ensure proper equipment storage and maintenance. Turn in keys and assignment sheets at shift end and complete daily checklists. Maintain high grooming standards and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, including emergency procedures and attendance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
