Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including deep cleaning floors, buffing surfaces, and shampooing carpets and furniture. Set up lobby functions, coffee service, and meeting rooms; deliver service items to guest rooms upon request; and drive the shuttle van when needed. Handle luggage assistance, lost and found items, and emergency procedures during the overnight shift. Turn in keys and assignment sheets, complete daily checklists, and attend required meetings. Maintain proper equipment storage and working order while upholding Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
