Job Summary
House Attendant at a luxury hotel property, responsible for assisting in maintaining clean public spaces and supporting room attendants. Duties include engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction, walking assigned floors, collecting bags and trash, replenishing linens and guest amenities, delivering towels and cots upon request, assisting with heavy lifting during deep cleaning, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures while delivering friendly, helpful service. Requires neat, pleasant demeanor, effective communication, and the ability to work on one's feet for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience desired
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors; position and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.
