Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including deep cleaning floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restrooms are sanitary. Set up lobby functions, coffee service, and nightly concierge events while delivering service items to guest rooms upon request. Handle luggage assistance, lost and found items, and shuttle van driving when needed. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, practice safe work habits, and submit daily assignment checklists. Turn in keys and sheets to Housekeeping or Front Office at shift end. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
