Job Summary
Clean and maintain public hotel areas according to brand and sustainability standards. Greet guests courteously, inspect assigned zones, and perform cleaning tasks. Collect trash from service landings, vacuum corridors, and transport linen to the laundry site. Deliver clean linens, report maintenance issues, and respond to guest inquiries. Work as a room attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods while following EarthView sustainability guidelines and OSHA safety standards. Shifts vary and may include holidays, weekends, and alternate schedules requiring extended standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience
- High School diploma
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to work on holidays
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Must be able to work alternate shifts
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma preferred
- Equivalent training preferred
- Knowledge of HHM's EarthView program
- Knowledge of MSDS and OSHA standards
