Job Summary
Clean and maintain public hotel areas according to brand standards, inspect assigned zones, and perform cleaning tasks. Greet guests courteously, respond to inquiries, and report maintenance issues while ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Collect trash from service landings, vacuum corridors, and transport linen between floors and the laundry site. Work as a room attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods, following sustainability guidelines and safe work habits. Schedule varies, including holidays and weekends, with physical demands such as standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using cleaning chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience
- High School diploma
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
