Job Summary
Clean and maintain public hotel areas per brand standards, inspect assigned spaces, and perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming corridors, dusting, and collecting trash. Transport linen from floors to laundry sites and deliver clean linens to sections. Greet guests courteously, respond to inquiries, and report maintenance issues while ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Follow sustainability guidelines for the EarthView program and adhere to OSHA safety standards. Work varying schedules including holidays and weekends, lifting up to 25 pounds. This role supports growth toward supervisor or executive housekeeper positions within HHM Hotels.

- Previous housekeeping experience
- High School diploma
