Job Summary
Clean and maintain public hotel areas according to brand and sustainability standards. Greet guests courteously, inspect assigned spaces, and perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming corridors and dusting. Collect and dispose of trash, transport linen to the laundry site, and deliver clean linens to sections. Report maintenance issues and respond to guest inquiries while ensuring overall satisfaction. Work as a room attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods, following HHM's EarthView sustainability guidelines and OSHA safety standards. Schedule varies and may include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience
- High School diploma
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Must be able to work on holidays
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Must be able to work alternate shifts
Desired Qualifications
