Job Summary
Provide Room Attendants with supplies, empty soiled linen and trash carts, and clean resort corridors, stairs, patios, garages, hot tubs, saunas, and general public areas to the highest standard of cleanliness. Assist with VIP room preparations, chemical carpet cleaning, mattress turning, wall and window washing, furniture moving, and supply storage while cross-training in repairs and maintenance. Dust and polish wood and brass areas, run errands for supervisors, and maintain consistent attendance while adhering to all company policies and ethical standards. This role requires availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays, with the ability to stand, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to successfully pass applicable auditions or skill testing, background check, physical examination and drug screening test
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Must also be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Clear vision (close, distant and depth perception) is needed for navigating office and all other buildings within the resort
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry (time share preferred)
- Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
- Fluency in English is preferred
