Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including deep cleaning floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restrooms are sanitary throughout the shift. Set up and maintain lobby functions, coffee service, and nightly concierge events while delivering service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests. Remove trash and linen from guest rooms, deliver clean linens to floors, and handle luggage assistance checks-in/out with a courteous manner. Manage lost and found items per standards and drive the shuttle van when needed. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety regulations and submit daily assignment checklists.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
