Job Summary
House Attendant at Verdala Wellness hotel in Rabat, Malta responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas, including beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies; adhere to cleaning protocols and health/safety regulations; conduct routine checks and report deficiencies to the supervisor; collaborate with housekeeping staff and follow supervisor instructions; respond to guest requests promptly to maintain a welcoming environment; prior experience in a similar 5-star hotel or Forbes Travel Guide-rated establishment is preferred; minimum 2 years' experience required; English fluency required with other languages a plus; flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar housekeeping/housekeeping role in a hotel environment (5-star/Forbes Travel Guide preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow established cleaning protocols and safety regulations
- Ability to collaborate with housekeeping team and report maintenance issues to supervisor
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
