House Attendant ("Asistente de Recamarera/o")

Clean and maintain public areas with attention to detail, including rooms, lobby, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and fitness center. Operate and restock a cleaning cart; assist Room Attendants by delivering items and removing soiled linens; respond to guest inquiries, provide courteous service, and uphold Azul Hospitality standards. Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves), assist with carpet cleaning or extraction, and strip rooms upon checkout. Maintain cleanliness of staff break areas and administrative offices; follow safety policies and maintain equipment and supplies. Requires strong communication, customer relations, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a hotel environment.
