Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets, and cleaning restrooms. Set up lobby functions, coffee service, and meeting room events while delivering service items to guest rooms upon request. Handle luggage assistance and manage the lost and found inventory. Operate the shuttle van when needed and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety standards. Submit daily assignment checklists and turn in keys at shift end. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
