Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors daily, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restroom maintenance throughout the shift. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests, handle luggage assistance, and manage the shuttle van when needed. Process lost and found items according to standards and turn in keys and assignment sheets at shift end. Submit daily checklists to the supervisor and perform other tasks as assigned. Maintain composure under pressure while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
