Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets, and cleaning restrooms according to hotel standards. Set up lobby functions, coffee service, and nightly concierge events while delivering service items to guest rooms upon request. Handle luggage assistance, lost and found items, and shuttle van driving when needed. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and submit daily assignment checklists to supervisors. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
