Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restroom maintenance throughout the shift. Deliver service items and luggage assistance to guest rooms upon front desk requests, while managing shuttle van duties when needed. Handle lost and found items and remove room service trays from hallways. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations. Complete daily assignment checklists and submit them to the supervisor at the end of the day. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
