Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets, and ensuring restroom maintenance throughout the shift. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests, handle luggage assistance, and manage lost and found items per Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Operate the shuttle van when needed and remove debris from guest hallways to the housekeeping or front office area. Complete daily assignment checklists and turn in keys at shift end. Comply with all safety standards and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

- Experience in a hotel or a related field
