Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restroom upkeep throughout the shift. Deliver service items and luggage assistance to guest rooms upon front desk requests, while managing the shuttle van when needed. Handle "Lost and Found" items and remove debris from hallways to service or housekeeping areas. Submit daily assignment checklists and turn in keys at the end of each shift. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe, efficient operations. Practice safe work habits to protect guests, associates, and yourself.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or a related field
- valid driver license for the applicable State
- acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
