Job Summary
Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including floors, carpets, and restrooms, while setting up lobby functions, meeting rooms, and nightly concierge events. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests, handle luggage assistance at check-in/out, and manage lost-and-found items according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Practice safe work habits throughout the shift and turn in keys and assignment sheets to the supervisor daily. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
