Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors daily, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring regular restroom maintenance. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon request, handle luggage assistance at check-in/out, and manage lost and found items per standards. Operate the shuttle van when needed and remove debris from guest hallways. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety regulations and submit daily assignment checklists to the supervisor. Turn in all keys and assignment sheets at the end of the shift. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
