Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restroom maintenance throughout the shift. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon request, handle luggage assistance, and manage the shuttle van when needed. Remove room service trays and trash from hallways, process lost and found items, and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards for safe operations. Complete daily assignment checklists, turn in keys at shift end, and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
