Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restrooms are sanitary throughout the shift. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests, handle luggage assistance at check-in/out, and manage lost-and-found items per standards. Set up and maintain lobby functions, nightly concierge events, and meeting room setups as dictated by the hotel vertical. Operate the shuttle van when needed and remove room service trays and trash from hallways. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, practice safe work habits, and submit daily assignment checklists to the supervisor. Turn in all keys and assignment sheets at the end of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
