Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets, and cleaning restrooms throughout the shift. Deliver service items to guest rooms, handle luggage requests, and manage Lost and Found items per Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Set up and maintain lobby functions, concierge events, and meeting room setups as dictated by the hotel vertical. Drive the shuttle van when needed and remove room service trays from hallways. Turn in keys and assignment sheets to Housekeeping or Front Office at shift end and complete daily checklists. Submit to supervisor for other tasks assigned. Work full-time at the Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside in a smoke-free environment near LAX.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
