Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including deep cleaning floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restroom upkeep. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon request, handle luggage assistance at check-in/out, and manage the shuttle van when needed. Remove trash and lost-and-found items from hallways, then turn in keys and assignment sheets to the supervisor at shift end. Submit a daily checklist and perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
