Job Summary
Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations. Clean, buff, and shampoo floors, carpets, and furniture daily according to standards. Clean public restrooms and maintain them regularly throughout the shift. Handle luggage assistance requests at check-in/out with courtesy and efficiency. Manage lost and found items per company standards. Remove room service trays and trash from hallways, transporting them to housekeeping or service areas. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests. Drive the shuttle van when needed. Complete daily assignment checklists and turn in keys and sheets to the supervisor at shift end. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
