Job Summary
Assist room attendants with heavy lifting and trash removal, including transporting dirty linen to the laundry via golf cart or truck. Ensure linen closets are stocked and maintained with proper supplies, sweeping and mopping as needed. Remove trash from vacant rooms, bag ice, and stock ice chests on each floor while remaining alert and courteous to guests. Report safety hazards and practice company safety standards. Reply to guest questions and handle their concerns. Perform other related tasks as requested by the manager or supervisor.
