Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring regular restroom maintenance. Set up lobby functions, coffee service, and nightly concierge events while delivering service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests. Handle luggage assistance at check-in/out, manage lost and found items, and operate the shuttle van when needed. Remove room service trays and trash from hallways, turn in keys and assignment sheets at shift end, and complete daily checklists. Submit to supervisor and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards for safe, efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
