Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restrooms are sanitary. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests, handle luggage assistance, and manage lost and found items per Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Operate the shuttle van when needed and remove trash from hallways to the service area. Complete daily assignment checklists, turn in keys and sheets at shift end, and comply with all safety regulations. Work in a high-pressure environment near downtown Salt Lake City, Fairfield Inn & Suites, with a daily pay option and full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
