Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including deep cleaning floors, shampooing carpets, and buffing furniture per hotel standards. Deliver service items to guest rooms, handle luggage requests, and manage lost-and-found items. Operate the shuttle van when needed and remove debris from hallways. Submit daily assignment checklists and turn in keys at shift end. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
