Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including buffing floors daily, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring regular restroom maintenance. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests, handle luggage assistance at check-in/out, and manage the shuttle van when needed. Remove room service trays and trash from hallways, process "Lost and Found" items per standards, and turn in keys and assignment sheets at shift end. Complete daily assignment checklists and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
