Job Summary
Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including deep cleaning floors, shampooing carpets, and ensuring restroom maintenance throughout the shift. Set up lobby functions, coffee service, and nightly concierge events while delivering service items to guest rooms and managing luggage requests. Operate the shuttle van when needed and handle lost-and-found items per standards. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety regulations and complete daily assignment checklists before turning in keys and sheets. Work evening coverage from 3pm to 11:30pm, four shifts weekly including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to work evenings from 3pm-11:30pm
- Must be able to drive shuttle van when needed
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
