Job Summary
Lead and supervise the House Advocate team within the outpatient lodging program, overseeing daily lodging operations, ensuring high-quality client care, staff management, and a safe, supportive environment. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and providing guidance to House Advocates; supporting client admissions, visitation, and daily living activities; mediating concerns; maintaining documentation and regulatory compliance (including Minnesota 245G licensing, confidentiality, mandated reporting, and state/federal regulations); and performing facility-related duties (cooking, housekeeping, medication administration support, light maintenance) to deliver exceptional client services in a residential recovery setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to use computers, email, EMR
- Current ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
- Medication Administration Sign-Off by a Registered Nurse
- Preferred: Minnesota Trained Medication Aide Certification, BLS
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or mental health services
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Previous cooking, housekeeping, or maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Minnesota client rights regulations and staff responsibilities
