As a Sous Chef at EGO - Stockton Heath, you will run a section, ensuring your team works together as one and you will lead in the absence of the Head Chef. You’ll train and inspire the team to deliver food to be proud of, assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations while working with a branded Mediterranean-inspired menu.
