Job Summary
The Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC) is responsible for delivering sales and profit results while managing operations during assigned shifts in a quick service restaurant, overseeing Team Members and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of college preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts
