Job Summary
Hourly Shift Coordinator leads shift operations in a fast-paced restaurant to drive sales and profitability, by supervising a team, ensuring guest service is accurate, fast, and friendly, managing cash control and inventory, coaching Team Members, and executing shift plans to meet brand standards and operating goals; role includes performing Team Member duties when needed and ensuring timely, efficient preparation and service across workstations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
