Job Summary
Operations leader for a single restaurant who assists the Restaurant General Manager in driving profitability and guest satisfaction. Manages a team of 15-25 Team Members, oversees inventory and asset management, coordinates purchasing and vendor interactions, ensures cash controls and security procedures are upheld, coaches shifts coordinators and team members to raise performance, and directs staff to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining brand and operational standards. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience (management preferred), and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 18+ years of age and ability to work long or irregular shifts are needed.
