Job Summary
Provide high-levels of guest service to all restaurant patrons by taking accurate orders, maintaining menu knowledge, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Perform duties including setting tables, removing used dishes, cleaning designated areas, and following hygiene requirements. Serve food and beverages professionally, manage billing and payments, and attend to guest complaints. Carry out on-the-job training for subordinate staff and participate in fire or evacuation drills. Maintain personal and team hygiene standards while adhering to Health, Food Safe, and Liquor service guidelines. Work extended periods standing or walking, lifting up to 20lbs, with overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Lifting or moving up to 20lbs may be required
- Overtime as required
- Strong service experience who thrives on engaging guests
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times

Desired Qualifications
