Job Summary
Draft correspondence, maintain electronic student records in Colleague, and coordinate meetings for Educator Preparation Programs including K-12, CTE, and early childhood education. Serve as the primary contact for candidates, instructors, and partners to address admissions inquiries, certification pathways, and program documentation. Prepare agendas, record minutes, and support accreditation and NJDOE reporting while assisting with instructor onboarding and orientation sessions. Maintain accurate enrollment data and track candidate progress through completion requirements. Requires three years of office support experience, an associate's degree preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation
- Three years prior experience in an office support position of similar responsibility

- Computer literacy skills at an intermediate level with the demonstrated ability to utilize and apply Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as specialized software programs and computer applications
- Ability to learn and apply office practices, procedures, policies, and regulations that are essential to the position
