Job Summary

Hourly Secretary in the Human Resources Department provides general office and HR-related support: reading materials for filing, retrieving and sorting documents, assisting with processing new hires, tracking evaluations and professional development hours, maintaining organized personnel files, assisting visitors and staff, providing receptionist coverage, stamping and shredding materials, screening calls, locating materials, creating/editing personnel folders, and maintaining archive file rooms. Requires superior communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, proficiency in Google Suite, and a high degree of confidentiality; 28 hours per week at an hourly rate of $18.50. Location: Central Office, Colorado.
