Job Summary
The Restaurant Zone Manager supports one restaurant zone’s day-to-day operations, enforces Raising Cane’s standards and culture, directs crewmembers during shifts, and ensures exemplary customer service, safety, cleanliness, and overall operational execution. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, managing the zone according to SOPs, using log/tools to document results and take corrective action, and handling duties such as approving discounts and promotions, while coordinating with the Restaurant Leader. Requires 1+ years of restaurant/retail management, strong communication, ability to work varied shifts (days/evenings/weekends) and travel as needed, and completion of company training. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
