Job Summary
Oversee on-shift operations by meeting labor goals, coaching team members, and conducting quality control checks. Deliver superior service by touching tables, addressing guest concerns, and serving as a visible point of contact on the floor. Plan successful shifts through huddle ups, line checks, and managing team member schedules, including break timing and overtime guidance. Assist with communicating company policies, mentor new employees, and uphold standards for sequence of service and health regulations. Respond to customer complaints using the L.A.S.T. Method and actively communicate shift flow, labor data, and performance metrics to management via the Manager Log. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a national restaurant setting with daily meal benefits and on-demand pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have an open availability including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of 2 years in a full-service restaurant
- Strong multi-tasking ability, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Positive and Professional Attitude
- Knowledge of business process and functions
- Excellent Communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
