Job Summary
Production associate needed at Pilgrim's in Kentucky. Responsibilities include processing product according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards, operating equipment, observing malfunctions and safety issues, recognizing and acting on safety risks, enforcing animal welfare guidelines, and following operating procedures to meet quality/quantity expectations. Must be able to work in cool temperatures (~40°F), stand 8-11 hours, multitask, be a team player, and be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled. Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required; food or production experience preferred but not required.
