Hourly Pooled - Classroom Technology Technical Assistant

CTS Technical Assistant serves as the first tier of technical support for installed presentation and conferencing technology in classrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, and other spaces. Responsibilities include responding to support calls from classrooms, providing in-person support, delivering just-in-time support for campus meetings, aiding with preventive maintenance, hardware replacement, and training instructors. Role involves monitoring, replacing, or repairing classroom equipment, and managing network device configuration and PC maintenance. Opportunity to build skills in Information Technology, Network or System Administration, or Programmable Control Automation through hands-on learning and on-the-job training. Strong customer service and the ability to work on campus are essential.
