Job Summary
Caregiver (hourly or live-in) in-home care for seniors; independent contractor who can negotiate pay and choose assignments. Role supports clients in Chester and Lancaster Counties with flexible hours. Requires 2+ years of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for hourly caregivers (State ID for live-in), car insurance, criminal background check and child abuse clearance, and TB test or chest X-ray or QuantiFERON Gold T. Compensation options include about $18 per hour or $180 per day for live-in, with schedule based on client needs. Offices serve multiple towns in PA with remote-work not specified; in-person engagements preferred. Eligible caregivers can select clients and negotiate market-rate pay based on care provided.
