Job Summary
Effectively open or close the restaurant by accomplishing prescribed tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction. Demonstrate competence in all working positions while enforcing operating policies, procedures, and food safety sanitation requirements. Lead by example as a role model for co-workers regarding dress code, professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude. Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and guest experiences that exceed expectations. Maintain store safety results and work harder than everyone else.
