Job Summary
Hourly Shift Manager leads a BK shift as the Shift Leader focused on profitability, guests, people, and operations; supports the RGM and AM in managing operations during assigned shifts, drives key performance outcomes related to sales and service, directs a team of Team Members, oversees cash control, inventory, and compliance with brand standards, coaches Team Members to raise restaurant performance, and ensures fast, accurate, and friendly service within speed-of-service guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
