Job Summary
Lead a team delivering exceptional guest experiences by coaching, training, and developing staff while managing daily operations, food safety compliance, and labor/food costs. Drive sales growth and recruit, schedule, and train team members to maintain a welcoming, safe, and clean environment. Support the General Manager and prepare for future leadership roles within a fast-casual French restaurant chain operating over 80 locations. Work weeks averaging 40 hours with cafés closing by 9:00 PM.
