Hourly Manager

Oversee daily restaurant operations as an Hourly Assistant General Manager, driving guest experiences and sales while upholding quality, service standards, and company policies. Lead and develop the team, recruit/hire qualified staff, manage scheduling and labor costs, provide coaching and performance feedback, conduct staff trainings, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Maintain inventory and cost controls, handle cash procedures, and ensure facilities and equipment are well-maintained to support a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
